The implants are measured and surgically placed in the bone. After the necessary healing period, which is usually around three months, these implants are exposed and checked. Then, we take impressions of the implants and surrounding teeth. The abutments and crowns are manufactured to restore the implants. The crowns, also known as the bridge, are custom-made in a dental laboratory.
The bridge conforms to the shape, size and shade of the surrounding teeth. The bridge is then fixed to the implant without disturbing the healthy teeth nearby.
This process is more permanent and sturdier than conventional dentures.
